Q: Are Vital Facecare products REALLY natural and organic?
A: They are! We're committed to offering products designed to support healthy, active lifestyles by eliminating harmful, unwanted ingredients traditionally found in face care products without sacrificing quality or product performance.
Q: Does Vital Facecare test on animals?
A: No. Nada. Not at all.
We're a cruelty-free company. We don't test any of our products or ingredients on animals. Nor do we associate with companies that do.
Q: The product in the Airless pump isn't coming out. What can I do?
A: Don't panic :) Before you break open the bottle or hit our DMs, you can fix the issue at home in four simple steps - with our handy Airless Pumperclip. Or a paper clip if you don't have an Airless Pumperclip handy. (Really, it’s the same).

Q: Sold out?! Uugh, what do I do now?
A: Balancing inventory volume and ingredient freshness is key to our success. If we’re sold out of something, you can bet we’re already on getting it back for you. Q: Where are Vital Facecare products made?
A: In Ontario - Canada. We're based in Collingwood, are are proud to be a Canadian company.

Q: How long before I should see results?
A: This is the exciting part
Some people have emailed to tell us they've seen results within the first week or two. However we recommending sticking with the science of our skin to see the full impact.

Q: Do you sell a mineral sunscreen?
A: Unfortunately, not right now.
We definitely would go mineral, supporting our beliefs, healthy skin and active lifestyles though.
If you're going to apply a sunscreen (& we'd reco it), apply Keep ‘Em Guessing first, so your skin can benefit from the nutrients in the moisturizer. Then apply a sunscreen so it sits on top of the skin and and protects from harmful UV rays.
Q: Does Vital Facecare offer product samples?
A: We don't, but we believe and stand by the L-O-V-E our products will give you. So much so, we would rather offer a risk-free, 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy on all products.

A: We sell primarily online, in our shop. Also, with current impacts from COVID-19 and retail, we want to make sure our community can still get their "fixes", and can help manage direct shipping.

Q: Where's my order?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s travels all the way to you.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order has been processed, you can expect the following delivery timelines on average:
Canada orders arrive within 3-5 business days
USA orders arrive within 3-5 business days
*Special note during the holiday rush + COVID safety impacts:
Some shipping companies are experiencing heavy delivery volumes, while still putting safety of their employees first. So, you may experience some delays.
Bonus: we email you a tracking number with each order fulfilled, so you can keep tabs!
Q: What currency do you charge in?
A: All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD). For orders outside Canada, your credit card/bank will convert the amount using the exchange rate at the time of checkout. Any international bank fees charged are not imposed by Vital Facecare. The currency and pricing of your order are determined by your location and can't be changed.
Q: I'm located in the U.S. and have a PO box. Can you ship to me?
A: Unfortunately UPS doesn't ship to PO boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
Q: Am I subject to sales taxes (and/or customs and duties)?
A: Any sales taxes that apply to your order will be calculated automatically by the payment processor based on your location.
In addition, orders shipped outside Canada may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees charged by the destination country; these fees are not included in our product pricing or shipping cost, since they vary widely from country to country. All Vital Facecare orders are delivered duties unpaid, so any applicable import taxes, duties and customs fees owing will be paid by you (typically upon delivery).
